The Washington Design Center named the three winners last week to cap off its Capital Design Days; they were chosen from among 12 incredibly talented nominees through voting by the design center’s showroom staffs.

I love it when any organization takes the time to celebrate DC designers. We don’t need celebrities to fly in from New York or L.A. to wow us with their work. We need only to look in our own backyard for outstanding talent. Thanks, Washington Design Center, and I hope this becomes an annual event!
