Historic Ellicott City Decorator Show House

October is turning out to be a jam-packed month for design! Not only did the DC Design House just open, but my events page is full of things going on all month.

For those who like a nice weekend drive—and can’t get enough of decorator show houses—consider this event: The Historic Ellicott City Decorator Show House. Nearly 20 designers have decorated rooms in White Hall, a 19th-century estate that sits on a hill overlooking 41 acres in Ellicott City, which is located between Columbia and Baltimore.

Here’s a taste:

Front Porch by Laura Fowler of Echelon Interior Design

Drawing Room by Rhonald Angelo Interiors

Kitchen by Ashley Haker of A.S.H. Designs

Library by Julie Baker of the Antique Center at Historic Savage Mill

Master Bedroom by Frannie Mundorf of The Brush & Palette

Young Man’s Bedroom by Frannie Mundorf
